The worst

I moved out of these apartments early and terminated my lease because I disliked it so much. My washer and dryer broke down daily. Maintenance came up to fix it about every other day and when I finally became so exasperated with the situation and asked them to replace it, I was told they didn't have any others. Staff was friendly when I first signed the lease but after they began to treat me as if I was a pest. The only good one was a younger girl who always greeted me with a smile. If she wasn't working I avoided the office at all costs. A/C went down and it took three days to fix, wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been July. And when I finally moved out and paid off the termination lease fees I was told everything was paid off, so I applied to move in down the street at The Foothills. Well it turned out as a last minute thought Skyline Gateway decided to charge me an additional $80 for carpet, which I was told everyone who leases here is required to pay a percentage towards replacing the carpet which they do every five years. Because they never contacted me and lied about everything being paid off I had to put a hefty deposit down for my new apartment. I am by no means someone with large amounts of money and am still paying my parents back for the help they supplied so I could get out of there and its been six months. The apartments may look nice from the outside but unfortunately its the inside that counts...
