Nice environment after management change in 2009

This place has a new change in management. They are addressing concerns with renters and have a friendly management team willing to work with renters, unlike the previous folks. This place is quite awesome now. Water billing plans have changed and are reasonable with a flat fee. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
