Skyline Gateway Apartments is a beautiful, quiet community where residents seem to enjoy the tranquil and cathartic mood. My family and I have resided here for nearly (4) years and are most grateful for the familial environment. The views are breathtaking.
The staff is both courteous and efficient. All of our maintenance concerns are handled in a timely, professional manner.
The pool area is maintained and protected by the friendly staff nearby. Regular social events attract residents in the neighboring guest house.
Rental prices are competitive. Families/individuals do require personal transportation or taxi. Local bus routes are available within 2 miles.

OK, I DISAGREE with this REVIEW! As a Licensed Landscape Architect in The State of Arizona with 32 years of experience in my profession...and having designed over 400 swimming pools in 17 states (70% of these pools were at apartment properties like Skyline-Gateway). I inspected the pool area last week and found (9) State of Arizona Pool Code Violations! 1 of 2 pool lights was out, the Jacuzzi light was out, the Jacuzzi thermometer is broken, the gates seem to be self-closing, but don't always seem to latch...I found one gate standing wide open, there is not an emergency pump shut-off switch in the pool area for the pool and the Jacuzzi in case a child or adult gets their hair caught in a drain (VERY DANGEROUS), the door to the pool equipment room was unlocked (and was several days later when I checked)...and their is chlorine gas in that room...VERY DANGEROUS if a child were to get in there, one of the pool ladders was broken and could cause an injury if a bather used it, there was only 2 International "no diving" signs on the pool deck and there should be at least 3 more! Even though this property is approx. 20 yrs. old, these SAFETY ISSUES are still the responsibility of the MANAGEMENT!!! I have mentioned to the Manager in person, about the Jacuzzi light being out...at least 3 months ago and she said she'd have it fixed. In accordance with the State of Arizona Swimming Pool Codes, if there is a even ONE pool code violation, the POOL "must be closed 24 hours a day" until the pool area again is in full compliance with the State Pool Codes. Management probably isn't concerned as the OWNERS of the property have "Liability Insurance"... but if a child or an adult is injured or DROWNS in this pool due to one of these POOL CODE VIOLATIONS, nobody can bring that person's LIFE back! These are HIDDEN DANGERS to the untrained eye...I don't even think that Management really fully understands the State of Arizona Pool Codes or they wouldn't have all of these problems! I have also mentioned to Management all of the SITE LIGHTS on the site that are OUT...but, management can't seem to get the funding from the CORPORATE OFFICE to get the lights repaired...I counted over 27 site lights out...a POORLY LIGHT SITE is a DANGEROUS SITE! We tenants have our responsibilities under the LEASE, but the MANAGEMENT has aresponsibilities too...they need to WAKE UP!!!
