Skyline Gateway Apartments is a beautiful, quiet community where residents seem to enjoy the tranquil and cathartic mood. My family and I have resided here for nearly (4) years and are most grateful for the familial environment. The views are breathtaking.
The staff is both courteous and efficient. All of our maintenance concerns are handled in a timely, professional manner.
The pool area is maintained and protected by the friendly staff nearby. Regular social events attract residents in the neighboring guest house.
Rental prices are competitive. Families/individuals do require personal transportation or taxi. Local bus routes are available within 2 miles.

I never lived in this complex, however I have been living in another property managed by the same company (unfortunately). I have no perticular complaints about our pool but I certainly share the gentleman's opinion about managing company's lack of will to finance repairs. And, repairs are something that I have had nightmares about during my two years stay here. They are too many to list here (A/C problems, bugs feasting on my sweaters, totally inadequate lighting around the property, extreme noise, etc. etc. etc...) Sure, they send out the only on-site maintenance guy sometime the same day but it usually takes weaks for them to address the issue. Please, find out the managing company's name (a fast Google search will provide this info), go to their website, make a note of all the complexes they manage in Tucson and than read the reviews about them here in apartmentratings.com. You will realize that the original post in this thread is possibly from the front office. See it for yourself.
