Somerset place is not a place you want to live if you value decent neighbors, quietness and cleanliness (this includes many cockroaches and a few mice- yes in your apartment). This place is comes of decent and the grounds arenât bad looking, but the minute you sign that damn lease is the minute you regret moving to this place. The management isnât helpful either, they trend to be stuck-up and cocky, so forget conveying your concerns, they donât care because they donât have to live there and deal with all the hassles.
Although I do have to give props to the maintenance man, he is quick and does a good job fixing any problems you may have.

You only get bugs and mice if your not clean and you must not be. I lived there for quite some time and have never experienced bugs. The staff always friendly and complex kept clean. they have night security everynight of the week. What more could you ask for. I wish i never left love you Somerset.

Bull. I moved in and the bugs were already there. I've never had roaches before in my life until I moved here. If they spray your neighbors apt (why they spray individually is beyond me??) you get HIS roaches. The only decent thing about these apts is the Maitenence man and his promptness. And NO THEY DON"T have security every night. It's no more than 3 nights a week.
