With only living there for a year, I enjoyed every moment of it. The staff are great, I lived just across from the pool area- which includes a great tennis court, weight room, racketball court, great lap pool, and jacuzzi. All in all, with all of the coplexex that I'ved lived in this one is a 10. Inexpensive, loaded with amenities, and great floorplans- look nowhere else. This is actually the second time that I've lived in Sonoran Terraces- when I was a kid me and my parents moved into a corporate apartment that they have here, while our houses was getting built. SInce then I figured if I was going to live in Tucson, I was going to live here. So, I've stayed in both the two bed,two bath and the townhouse , and I would advise the townhouse- lots of space, and a great layout.
