I'm 35 years old and I've lived at Sonoran Terraces for just about a year, and there just is no better apartment living. It's more like a home than an apartment. The layout of the grounds is so different than a regular apartment complex. The homes themselves are much larger than regular apartments. The people are all very friendly, it's got a great fitness room, tennis courts, racquet ball and beautiful pools. I feel very safe with my children there and it's just a really neat community property. The only reason I would leave there is to move into my own house.
