Sonterra at Williams Centre

overall, very nice From: erind Date posted: 4/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I currently live at Sonterra, and have only had VERY minor problems. When we first moved in, we had a few cockroaches, but an exterminator came 2 days after we notified the office, and totally fixed the problem. Our dryer stopped working once, but again, the maintanence man came within a few days and fixed it. I've found the staff to be somewhat personable-not too warm, but not unfriendly either. They have always dealt with our problems very quickly, and professionally. The only complaints I have against Sonterra are the parking, and the security gates. The security gates are often broken, and sometimes take over a week to be fixed. Parking is also a problem, because there are not enough covered spots for each resident. I've often had to walk across the complex late at night to my apartment. Advice: observe other covered parking spots, and then park in the ones that haven't been issued yet! I've been doing that most of the year, and it's worked so far. ;-)
