The staff will seem very confronting at first but as the month goes by the staff becomes very rude and unhelpful.when they are asked a question they will tell you one thing then somebody else would tell you another try to con you into there little games. AS you figure there little games out they will be very hostile toward you. An when they can not anwser any questions about this and about that they will hang the phone up on you especially when you ask why am I being charged extra for this particly reason.Then all sudden they go up on your rent without informing the renter.
