We've been here about a year. The place seemed nice before we actually moved in and then the realization kicked in. The walls are thin, (You can hear everything) There is not enough parking, the rental people are rude, (especially the manager) and the maintenance sucks. (It took them 3 times to fix our air conditioner which was leaking water all over the place.) They also don't have a military clause but they were nice enough to give us one because they wanted us to renew our lease there. (They'll do anything to get your money) People always park in your assigned spot and the towing company never comes. Also, if you do happen to have an emergency after hours, the person on call (the person lives in the apartment complex and is also one of the renters) never calls back so you are left to deal with issues on your own. You also have to go with the cable company that they do business with which is not even in Arizona. The point of all this, things are not always what they seem. Look elsewhere.
