Hmm... Well, since I'm not originally from Tucson I really didn't have much of a chance to look around at too many apartments before I made my decision to live here. When I just moved here I was in a third floor apartment and everything was just fine. I could sometimes hear the people from downstair's TV, but that was about it. I have since moved into a 1st floor apartment and I can hear EVERY step that they person above me takes... not to mention the rush of water throught the walls everytime they flush the toilet. It's very noisy, that's for sure. Overall, I think the apartments are really nice from teh insode and outside, but it probably depends on your luck on whether you might be able to get away from most of the noises and lack of parking. From what I've seen in Tucson, crime is just high here PERIOD! I'd rather be here, where I feel safer than if I was in any of the other complexes that I've seen while driving around... which I can say, I haven't seen a better one yet. Plus, as far as "ghetto" goes, i see places like that all around Tucson, not just here. The location here is definitely great and like I said before, it's probably a whole lot better here than anywhere else, but that's just becuase Tucson sucks and has the highest crime rate in the nation.
