Walls are very thin and you will be able to hear everything from the apartments above, below, or next door to your unit.
For those who decide to get a reserved covered parking spot, the towing policy isn't that they'll tow anyone parked in your spot. In actuality management, if you can get a hold of them during non business hours, will put a bright orange sticker on that car instructing them to move their car. So towing won't happen, at least within 48 hours. Be sure to ask about the towing policy.
Cable television is ONLY available through DirectTV (Satellite) or through some company located on the east-coast which has only three options you may choose from. A bit expensive compared to the local ComCast or Cox, especially since Cox or ComCast offers bundles that include cable, internet, and phone. The cable company is horrible with extra costs and customer service.
Many of the tenants are young males in the military. Expect the occasional loud party noises or late night drunk hollering. The thin walls are excellent for that thumping bass to gently rock you to sleep.
Complex is gated, but the gate doors are usually not fully closed. May be a concern since a few neighborhoods that could be considered unsafe are located nearby.
Deposit is cheap, but non-refundable. There is no outgoing mail box, so unless you can make it to the management office before it closes at 5:30 you've have to go elsewhere.
Overall, the complex is nice but loud and
has mediocre management. Management should reconsider it's choice to limit telephone and cable vendors. There are many complexes in Tucson, make sure you check them out before choosing this complex.
