I don't recommend living in Sonterra - Williams unless you like having a independent cable tv (They have a contract with some cable firm in Atlanta and they are HORRIBLE.) Only way out of this is to get a DirecTV only if you live in the south side, otherwise you are ---- out of luck. Their exercise room is abysmal, always broken, and always left dirty.

You're barely lucky enough to get DSL, but it's on the low end because of a electrical interference at night. During the day, it's okay at 1.5/128.

The showerheads will always be clogged or the faucet because they don't take care of the limestone problem despite my complaints every month.

Security at first was top rate, they had a 24 hour guard on place, as well as gated entrance. Now they fired the guard for no reason.

Other than that, it's OK for an overpriced dump. (They are increasing rent again to recoup for the paint job they did last year, and they didn't do a great job either)
