Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Walls, super thin...have to listen to my neighbors walk. Prices, to much! Crime, it's a diamond in the rough...of course your stuff will be scoped...put a nice apartment in the middle of the ghetto. Fitness center...better off going to a gym. Management, really nice...but wait then I signed the lease. Parking...not enough...and to much for your own space. YOU HAVE TO USE QWEST FOR PHONE/DSL...AND AAG FOR CABLE...NO COX OR CABLE MODEM...will cost almost $60-$70 more than a Cox bundle. Built terribly...2nd floor...summer...air conditioning...might as well take out a loan or suffer the heat...
