Staying In line with the previous writer's review, The good first:
1- Great Location, Close to everything
2- Grounds are impeccable
3- Pool/Hot Tub are Very Nice
4- Apartments are new, clean, and appliances are new.
The Bad
1- Parking stinks paying extra for a half covered space is absured.
2- Walls are very thin, you read this on almost every review here and it is absolutely true. I live on the 3rd floor and I can here my neighbors having even normal conversations. When you turn on the shower, it sounds like niagra falls running through your apartment. Not good if a roommate or spouse is showering while you are still trying to sleep.
3- Fitness is small without much equipment, probably need to join a gym for anything more than a treadmill or stepper.
4- Price is a little high
Overall, if location is your primary decision maker, this is the best in the immediate area, but if you don't care so much about location (Tucson is not that big) there are much better places to live.
