Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Do yourself a favor and save your cash. It looks good on the outside but is all bad once you live there. The bad and the ugly are:
1. SUPER THIN WALLS!!! Can't stress this enough. Your sense of hearing is heighted x100 over here. I got a noise complaint for the music I was playing on my laptop. Not to mention all the X-rated fun you don't want to hear. That should give you an idea of what everyone is saying.
2. PARKING IS A JOKE. I think this was done on purpose so residents couldn't have parties and invite people over. There's nowhere for your friends/family to park.
3. OVERPRICED FOR LOCATION. NOT WORTH IT!!!!
The maintenance guys are good but like I said its nice and pretty on the outside but save your cash and be happy.
