Landscaping fooled us! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Where shall I begin. We've been here since Oct. of last year. Just renewed our lease for another 7 months. They failed to inform us about their future plans. Now we are going to have to move in November which means our son will have to move schools as well. They should have advised us then we would have moved in May instead of waiting until November. These apartments are aunt infested, extremely noisy and parking is horrible. After asking if they would consider allowing us to break our lease so that our son could start the new school in Aug. instead of Nov., they had the nerve to say we would have the option to BUY our apartment as a condo. What do they think we are crazy. We don't really like it right now that we are renting it, I'm so sure we're going to buy it. The location is the only attribute these apartments have. Everything else including the integrity of the staff SUCKS.
