The landlord is a -----. She is unprofessional and stuck-up. My friend brought her puppy over to our apt so we could see it and the landlord charged us a $300 pet deposit for a dog that wasn't ours and because we did not sign a pet contract. Sonterra over charges for everything! They make you pay for water but you're also paying for everyone elses water, and the cost of the sprinklers. They are contracted with 1 cable company that over charges, plus you have to pay $100.00 for a satelite dish to be mounted on your balcony because it ruins the beauty of the stucco.
