Since they are going condo, this review may not be worth it. Lived here for six months (getting transferred). No problems at all, except for the fact that for cable, you have to go through a crummy cable co. that no one has ever heard of, and they don't even have a web site. I would bet the owners are getting a cut from them.

Looked at a lot of apartments in the general area, and they all looked crummy. The only good ones are way north of the city. This is the only good professional looking place. They have to have rules, so if people don't like rules, they will complain. The pool and grounds are always well maintained. Anytime I had any issue, the office (specially Ryan) handled it very well and professionally. If you work at the base or at Raytheon, this is a great option.
