The good reviews are from the people that don??t have it as bad as the rest. Even their comments about Sonterra are similar to the bad reviews. Here is our review??

Good:
1.Great location (centric).
2.Very clean ground and landscaping. Its where your $ goes.
3.Apartment layout is spacious.

If the list above compensates for the list below this is the place for you!

Bad:
1.First week we moved in, had ant infestation.
2.Bad water pressure in showers.
3.Car broken into.
4.Air filters are your responsibility. All other places its called MAINTENCE
5.Mold problems constantly.
6.No cable connection only DSL at a much higher price.
7.In some locations no cable or dish available unless you pay for your own satellite out in space.
8.Overly priced apartments
9.Walls extremely thin. No Joke!
10.Terrible parking and must pay for covered parking.
11.If some one parks in your spot tow company takes half a day. It happened twice to us.
12.If downstairs buy ear plugs.
13.Loud noise early in the morning more then usual. Grounds crew.
