Bad stove, bad credit

I lived at Sonterra for a little over a year. It was mostly a good experience. When I had a maintence issue, they responded in a reasonable amount of time and solved the problem. The unit was spacious and nicely appointed with a built in microwave oven, icemaker in the frig, washer and dryer H/U and french doors on the bedroom entrance.
Parking was terrible. I had to pay for a covered parking space and often found somebody else parked there. Parking was okay during the week, but on weekends, visitors would show up and space was a big issue. Several times I had to park on the other side of the complex.
When I moved out, I went to the office to turn in my keys and do the walk through upon vacating. The staff member on duty said he didn't have time to do a walk through.
Several weeks later I receive a bill from them for $45 for the stove burner food catcher thingies. I cleaned them upon vacating the apartment and therefore saw no need to pay for something I cleaned. In addition, I wanted a walk through upon my exit was not given one.
Also, somewhat pricey for that time period.
I later learned it's an Arizona law that those four burner items always be replaced regardless how clean they are. The complex reported $45 on my credit report. A lousy $45. They should have provided the walk through upon vacating the apartment and shared with me the law about the burners. Poor follow up. No worries now, mates. They have turned them into condos.
