Beware if that is you want giant spiders living in unknown places. so i will give you 5 great reasons not to move in to sonterra.1 thay give you bad survice here.like we called the office to fix our air conditioning and the office told me i had to fix it my self.2 they give you SHITY orange carpet with left over mold from the last person.3 you step in dog ---- all the time.4 they make you clean out the pool when you want to go swimming.5 I found a died cat in the pool the other day,by the way the pool is green.All I HAVE TO SAY IS F*** YOU SONTERRA.

After reading this review, I'm not sure what community this person is talking about. The pool is always clean, and I see maintenance sweeping it of debris twice a day (and its NEVER been green). No apartment community tells its residents to fix their own A/C. I've always found the staff prompt to resolve issues in a friendly fashion. Perhaps the complainer owns their condo and therefore owns the AC unit too? Regardless, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is great and I LOVE the swimming pool. Come see for yourself.

i also have to agree with the above response. i see owners complaing all the time about maintence.I don't know if they know but when you own something you have to fix it yourself. i lived in this wonderful community and lved it i hated to move. but the staff is outstanding and so is the service that you reccieve. Maybe this person lived in another sonterra

I'm amazed that people have written so much bad about this complex. I have lived here a year now and that person above is full of it. I've lived in and visited multiple complexes around Tucson and this is one of the nicest in the area. You probably are renting directly from the owner of the condo so you should contact them if your air conditioning is not working, not the front office.

The people in this place are worse than the projects; inconsiderate scum. Luxury community I think not. The "state of the art" fitness center is filthy, everything is always broken the very few pieces of equipment they have, people constantly are stealing things from there, weights, remote control etc... No privacy, the pool is always crowded with people that sneak in and park out front where the office is, so those of us who pay the ridiculous rent here can't even enjoy the pool which now has a tacky plastic basketball hoop, yeah that is really "resort" style. Don't even live near the court yard unless you want to experience what it is like to live at a dog park 24-7. Dogs bark non stop. I could go on forever about how awful this place is. The office staff don't know what they are doing and are extremely rude. Mold all in the bathroom and just caulked over that is nasty. Dog poop everywhere watch where you walk. Don't move here it is a pure nightmare.
