I have lived here for about a month now, and thus far I am pleased. I will admit that the apartment are pricey, but for me it is the one of the better apartments with a close proximity to base. My neighbors upstair do not make a lot of noise, but the walls are thin so if you had noisey neighbors I could see it being a problem. As far as the management goes, they have been great so far. The cable does suck, and I tried to get direct tv and could not because of a tree blocking the view. I brought this issue up with the manager Lisa and she assured me that if they had not signed a new contract for better cable in the next 60 days that she would have the tree removed.Also they are working diligently to fix the parking problem. They have given out stickers to all residents with a parking spot, and now have a # to call to get a car towed from your spot. They also are working to give out more assigned spots. One of the earlier reviews suggested that if you gave them good reviews you were probably sleeping with the manager. All I have to say to that is I wish. All of the women that work in the office are beautiful, and have been very pleasent to me in resolving all issues.
