I was impressed by the inside of the apartments. I rented from one of the condo owners in which they made the apartment looked homely. However, I was not aware of the thin walls until I moved in. I lived in the second floor. The apartment has 3 floors. I can hear people upstairs and downstairs, and sometimes next door neighbors. You can hear people flushing toilet, vacuuming and walking everyday. THe funniest thing about living here in second floors is that people downstairs seems to be complaining about the noise I made upstairs. I can hear them giving banging knock on their ceiling to give us signal to quiet down. It is not my fault the walls here are thin.
My advice, don't live here unless you are living on the third floor. Also, i think but not sure but they charge you extra money each month ($20 1st floor and $10 2nd floor) to live in the 1st and 2nd floor. THird floor, i think it's free. Weird.
