Management was the worst ever

I had the mis-fortune to live at Sonterra for one year. One night my neighbor's apartment was riddeled with bullets from a drive by shooting on Craycroft. In addition the manager Darcy was the worst apartment manager I have ever dealt with. She was rude and arrogant and had no customer service skills. My apartment was infested with termites, and I could hear my neighbors use the bathroom, and walk around.
