I lived here for over a year and always had something to complain about. If it was the toilet running all the time, bathroom accessories falling off the walls, thin walls, or the rude staff that work there.
I wanted two parking spaces for my two cars and they said NO I understood however then I saw a neighbor with not only a parking space, but a garage as well. People park in your spot all the time, you call and complain (which I did all the time) they did nothing but write down your complaint for their files).
Every couple of months or so I would get a note on my door saying my music was to loud (when I happen to be out of town, due to being in the military at the alleged time of the loud music) that threatened to evict me if it happened again. Or that I had more then 2 guest visit me at a time (which it states in the lease that you can only have 2 people other then you in your apartment). READ THE LEASE CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING!!
I had a neighbor who asked why they didn't have at least one play ground for the children, their answer... we don't really want young children living here. Only one pool for all the tenants. Sonterra staff is always trying to charge you for something; they raise your rent without improvements done on your apartment.
Sonterra is in a bad location I have actually seen police pick up a dead body right in front of the apartment complex (a stray bullet found it's way into one apartment by me).
A broken light that exposed wiring was in the hot tub by the pool. It took months to fix. Bad pigeon problem during monsoon season the stairwells poor like waterfalls, not only that but months of pigeon waste come with the water that is running down and through the stairwell. When asked to clean it up they just swept way the waste and never fixed the problem. Cockroaches are all over the grounds outside and inside. Little worms and beetles as well. Had exterminator come in 3 times and it still didn't fix the problem.
EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS NICE OUTSIDE AS WELL AS IN PLEASE DON'T MOVE IN. HORRIBLE STAFF VERY RUDE!!
