NOT SAFE. There are crooked residents and crooked management

This is the worst place I have ever lived. I have only lived there a few months and I wish I could move! It looks nice and I love the pool, but the management is a nightmare.
1. They did not inform us that we could have an accent wall until after we moved in and it was too late.They did not inform us that we could have a fan installed for free before moving in...once you move in they charge to install fans!
2. They have a contract with Qwest and will not allow you to use any other provider.Qwest is more expensive than competition.
3. They do nothing when things are vandalized.They do nothing to stop the vandalism which is done by RESIDENTS!!!! The vandalism has cost me several hundred dollars.
4. They are disorganized and assign people parking spots that are already taken.
5. I do not feel safe in the complex. The security is nice, but they are understaffed.
6. I REALLY WISH I COULD MOVE!!!!!!!!
