I've been spoiled here

After living here for over a year(my leasing special), I am relocating to NW side.

I have been unable to find a comparable apartment anywhere (that is affordable).

The staff are nice, maintenance performed on time, well maintained.

We will see what happens at move out, with the huge deposit they required of me.

Neighbors are ok, twice I have been awakened by screaming and cussing fights by my immediate neighbors, and loud vehicles.

This is due to people, and alcohol/drugs, not the administration.
