Moved into Springhill about 3 months ago. Not nearly enough quality for the price. It is quiet for the most part. There are the neighbors who have screaming matches and slammed doors in the wee hours. Neighbors who like to party, with no regard for the 10pm noise policy.
The apartments are run down. Appliances are old and the carpet, shades and screens are in rough shape. Maintenance requests are not handled quickly or efficiently. The spa is down more often than operating, often for weeks at a time. The pool is always filthy. All in all not pleased with the place. Run down and dirty describes it inside and out. Neighbors leave bags of trash out on patios and balconies to be blown around by the wind, too lazy to make it to the dumpster. I've had to kick my way thru trash, had to call the office to complain.
Will relocate when lease is up. It can't happen soon enough. Paying almost $800 a month here now, which is outrageous, considering that the rent is in the luxury apartment range. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
