Double paned windows! I face the park, and unless my door and/or window is open, I can't hear anything! This is a very quiet complex. Any maintenance issues and the personnel are right there to fix it. The grounds are very well manicured, the office staff is friendly, the utilities are comparable to anywhere else, the rent is reasonable, the location is far enough off the main road, my neighbors are very quiet, this is an all around great place to live!

You can't even see the park from any of the buildings!! There are too many dead trees in the way! and if you look off to the West side of the back buildings, you'll see a half-way house with boarded up windows and which sits on a giant dirt lot full of trash! If thats what you call nice, then you need to raise your expectations.

hahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahhahaha, how much did they pay you to day that? I have an 880ft apartment, how does my electricy bill reach 200$ a month when I don't even use the ac or heat 24/7?
