WAHOOO! I am gone from this hell hole. I am gone like the wind baby! I just wanted to let everyone know that a co worker of mine to is moving out as well just notified me of 5 cars being either broken into or stolen in the one week since I left.

Thank you so much for your reviews! I am helping my brother research apartments and after seeing all these reviews, and checking the TPD Crime stats for this address, they will not be living there. He will lose his application fee, but I think it will be worth that to not live in a place so obviously poorly run. One pointer I gave him, places that offer "Move In Specials" especially very low ones, are doing that for a reason. They need rentals badly, so consider that they might be allowing slightly less than perfect applicants move in.
I just hope other people do their research....
