Ok so we've unfortunately been living there for a little over a year and are FINALLY moving out since our house is done being built!! Thank goodness!! Geez this place is a CRAP HOLE!! The whole time I have lived there i've asked the office to fix my dryer ummmm I'd say about 10 times and they NEVER have fixed it. I have to run my dryer 3-5 times just to get my cloths dry, and trust me i'm not lying! Also we have had more vandalism in our part of the apartments then I have seen in my whole life and no I was not sheltered. We lived on the side facing the lake and 2 separates fires were lit on the trees just on the other side of the wall all in a 2 weeks time. Then when that stoped rocks were being thrown at our door, the neighbors downstairs and the neighbor next door got one thru her window! There are so many kids that just hang out on the bridge smoking and drinking and not even of legal age. They play in the wash as well. These are kids that are under the age of 10 and older. Ok people where are the parents and what are they doing to protect their kids'! We came back from a trip and my sons room was completely distroyed! They had everything from the closet out all over the floor. I looked EVERYWHERE for a note as to why this happened and found NONE....the office didn't give a rats ass about it either. I had to find out from the downstairs neighbors that the pipe had been leaking an dfinally flooded the poor guys room down below my sons. The bastards didn't feel it necessary to even let me know what the hell happened to my apt! What the hell is that about!! And to top it off how long has that pipe been leaking and can we say mold'' My son was perfectly fine the whole time on our trip and now he's all stuffed up and coughing! This place SUCKS and I highly recommend you to AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! Don't be lured in by pricing! It's a bad neighborhood and NEVER ANY PARKING!! We live all the way at one end and end up having to park at the other side! It is absolutely ridiculous! I am by no means lazy but when you have a 2 year old and a load of groceries its not easy! Then you got the idiot who don't know how to park and take up 2 spaces! Really people you need to have coutesy for others around you! Oh and the landscaping is fine if you see the front but walk our directions and there's dog ---- EVERYWHERE!! No one in that area has any respect for anyone else walking thru there and are so lazy they can't walk their dogs elsewhere or atleast pick up the dogs crap! And it stays there no one in the office even gets it cleaned up. It stinks all the time! The light at our door has been out for over 3 months and no one has bothered to fix it!
