This place is awful the management sucks, the place is not a safe place for kids AT ALL! I moved in here with my kids and i should have figured it sucked when we moved in. The apartment was not even ready first of all, the carpets were old and they would not change them the draw's in the kitchen did not fit. There were no covers on the outlets and some of the room had no light bulbs the shower heads leaked in both bathrooms and in the front bathroom under the sink leaked as well as the kitchen sink, the garbage disposal did not work neither.To top it all off the apartment was DIRTY!

That was just the first few days of moving in. Then it took them about two months for them to get it all done, and what a joke that was everything started falling apart the closet door in the wash room kept falling off they were in there at least four times to fix it and it still did not get fixed it actually fell off the wheel and hit one of my children.

The apartment are not safe there are drug dealers who are not very discrete about there business and sloppy if I may add I can sit on my porch and see all that goes on at all different hours of the day and or night. When I say they are sloppy my oldest son was playing in the front of our apartment and found a small baggie of drugs (cocain) and when I complained to the office the manager said nothing to me about that and questioned me about cigarette butts on the ground which were not mine and threatend to charge us $75.00 extra on our rent.

There are parties all the time and even in the parking lot. people who did not even live there would come party at like 1-2 in the morning smoking weed jumping on cars blaring there music and the cars they were jumping on were not even there's.

There was also a time guns shots were going off at late hours in front of the building we lived in. I have list of things to say about these apartment and none are good but please do not move in here it's not worth the trouble or the time and more importantly you or your childs life, and if you think calling the cops will help yeah right I have called them many of times and half of the time they do not show up. so i give this complex a thumbs down.

did your garbage disposal not work because you clogged your sink and then realized this complex doesn't have units w/ garbage disposals..? Things were probably getting broken because you don't have a working understanding of simple things around you. I've lived here for 2 years now and have yet to hear a single gun shot anywhere in the complex. There are military douche bags and middle aged burnouts who "party" late at night in and around the parking lot. As much as the office staff is pretty terrible, the maintenance staff has always been fairly efficient. They even offer a 24/7 emergency maintenance # we've had to use a couple times and never had to wait more than a few hours for a physical response. It sounds like your one of the few people that recently got evicted (unfairly I'm sure) and figured this a forum for vindication. Thanks for leaving and making this community a little bit better.

OMG! Are you ------- kidding me first of all i do not think you are a actual resident second we did not get evicted we broke the lease because of all the stupid drama around the apartments and yes there were gun shot derected towards the building we lived in not our apartment but the building honestly i can care less what you have to say or think about my review why would most of the reviews in here say this place is bad and maybe two of you are saying its a good place spring hill apartments is a bad place to live and if you do live there and think its a good place Mr. Billymadison then you are probley an employee or one of the crack head partiers that live there.

Absolutely agree with all the negative reviews above. The management is terrible, but the maintenance crew is great. The manager has no interest in making sure the residents are as safe as they possibly can, there ARE drug dealers in this complex, there WERE shots being fired, the parking lot is just another party place: the management needs to be replaced ASAP! Keep the maintenance people, though. I wouldn't give this place more than a pass, and if I weren't in a lease, I would leave.
