There is a problem with the management and the employees - they don't stay long and they generally make themselves fairly unpleasant, and the management, also changing frequently, generally unsmiling and unpleasant and always trying to make an extra buck by levying some sort of fine or penalty. Also, the apartment was infested with insects, and the weekly exterminators didn't help at all. Maintenance was nothing to write home about either. Sometimes he showed up and sometimes he didn't.

I don't recommend this place. There are plenty of nicer places around northwest Tucson for less money.
