This complex if run by idiots!! They make all day appointments w/tenants to make a simple repair & they cannot even keep the appointments or have the courtesy to call the tenant and inform them they will not be able to make the appointment. There are insects in the walls, malfunctioning appliances, incompetant staff (they are actually incapable of performing their jobs properly). They throw in all sorts of one- sided rules in their lease to benefit and excuse them from doing what they are suppose to do for the tenants. The pool are is disgusting- my children have actually gotten ill from swimming in the pool. And there aren't enough handi-cap parking spaces or parking for that matter. Take my advise- look elsewhere for a place to reside, you will save yourself alot of time and energy. I cannot stress how incompetant the staff is at this place and LAZY!!!
