Stealing your deposit

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
We lived there in 2002 and not only did they steal our deposit, they made us pay over $200 for a small stain in the rug. Talk about noise! The manager at the time's husband and kids played football around our cars and never responded to our complaints. Beautiful place, horrible management.
