A new hope has arrived! I've been here at Springs only a little while and the conditions have been a bit unbearable but since S-J management took over, immediately changes started to occur. Grounds are being upgraded as I speak, Maintenence has been efficient, and the new office staff is amazing. They really seem to care. I am really looking forward to seeing the finish of this amazing "face-lift". I belive I will finally have the "luxury" apartment I has been waiting for.
