I hardly ever get to park in my own spot.
Rent is exceptionally high in comparison to other rentals that are not owned by this group. It keeps going up.
English is not spoken by new staff hardly ever.
Maintenance is a joke. Never show up when they say, if at all.
Office is always closing early, opening late.
You always are getting bugs from your neighbors no matter how OCD you are about cleaning your own place.
You only go to get your mail during day time to avoid the roach carpet by the mail boxes.
I can't take this place anymore. Most people cannot as they keep moving out before their time is up as it is not worth it. Paying the contract break fee is totally worth it.

i have noticed roaches by the mail boxes but not in my apartment. as long as they are not waiting in my mail box reading my mail it doesn't bother me
