Lived there for a year and was VERY glad to get out! Couple below me spent all their time either fighting (both screaming and hitting/throwing things) or cranking their home theater system up. Complaints to management did nothing.
You are allowed one assigned parking spot and a neighbor had a problem with someone constantly parking in their spot. When they went to management about it they were told to just park somewhere else...not cool when you pay for that spot.
There are "security gates" that were stuck open more often than not which turned out to be a good thing since it took them 3 months to get me a gate clicker. Of course it also meant that we had all kinds of people roaming throughout the complex at all hours.
On the positive side, the apartment was basically clean and in decent shape when we moved in and we didn't have any maintenance issues while we were there so I can't comment on repair issues. There was a decent sized fairly private balcony and it also came with a full size washer and dryer. And the complex backs up to the Fry's shopping center so that's a plus.
