Watch out when moving out!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
this place was not a bad place to live, the staff was friendly and generally helpful, my biggest complaint was the fact that we were charged $700 upon move out. We were told that we needed to paint the walls back white, and clean. we did not paint the wqalls back white i was told that the walls bieng painted would only cost 100-200 dollars which I figured was not too bad, however they lied.We were charged $500 just for the painting $250 for primer and $250 for paint. Then they chraged us 10 bucks bec the cieling fan was not clean enough and 20 dollars per toilet and etc... All i have to say about these apartemnts is watch out when moving oout they will try to get another months rent at least.
