This is the worst apartment management I ever experienced. The building and environment are new and clean. But as soon as you move in, you will find the managerment team is unfreiendly. They do not provide any service, they provide "management", and try to exploit every penny from you. I never want to deal with those fat ladies in my life any more!

I agree 100%!! Dolores is the worst, and I'm moving ASAP. She needs to be exposed for the evil witch she is and fired. I've lived a lot of places with bad management...this is the first that I'd say is downright evil.

I'm sorry you feel that way... The staff at Silverbell are very nice and helpful that has been our experience. They are very stict and don't allow criminals and remove disruptive residents to allow the other residents enjoy their homes. I know some people get mad because they do there job, but the ones that get mad obviuosly have something to hide.

it always work that way, the unhappy ones have always have something that they don't want to pay for they did not clean and or broke. i been there 4 years and have semmed some changes some i agree and some don't. but the service from the maintenance we have rigth now is the best we have ever had. i am probably happier now that i have never been before i see them going building by building checkin the ligths out at least once a week and i have seen jose do it several times they are just the greatest team right now.

Worst customer service ever! we walked in and no one and I MEAN NO ONE! in that office was able to give us good customer service , we would defenetly not recomend this complex.
