Center of Everything From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   St. Philips is convienately located in the middle of everything. The tucson mall is 2 mins away, and great resturants are just a walk away. Management was always very friendly and pleasant, (especilly Grace!) Nieghbors were also very quite and cool. I felt very safe parking my brand new sedan behind the gated security. I would highly recommend St. Philip's to my friends and family.
