I have lived here for 2 months and so far it's great. I have a nice view from my balcony. I tried to get Direct TV but after difficulty with the installation I am happy with COX cable. I have found the insulation to be fine. I tend to not leave anything on when I am not home since I live alone so my electric bills are at their lowest and my 2 bills have been the same as when I lived in an apartment without washer and dryer. The previous poster probably just let the AC run all the time and kept it cold. I like the layout of the 1 bedroom. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom. The washer and dryer isn't connected to the kitchen like in my previous apartment. The staff is very friendly.
