Nice community

This is a nice place for students to live who don't like the loud party atmosphere yet want to live close enough to campus that the drive is not bad.
Gounds are kept nicely and the management is approachable. Pool area is very nice, but small. Nice to have BBQs in various places.
However, walls are paper thin. Insulation is terrible, resulting in very high electricity bills in warm months. If you live in a 1 or 2 BR, don't live on ground floor.
Be wary of insects, rodent, etc. This is in an area that is somewhat undeveloped area(although that changes a lot). Seen many BIG spiders and the occasional javalina.
Oveall, very nice place!
