I've lived here about a year now, and love the location (great views and close to downtown/campus, yet somewhat secluded). The floorplans are good and the rent is fair. BUT, it is loud! I think the walls are just thin or it is poorly insulated. If your neighbors own any kind of radio/stereo, it is hell, even if the volume is low. And single-pane windows mean you can hear the slightest sound outside, especially the loud car stereos some residents insist on blasting late at night.
If these things don't bother you, move here.
