Stargate West Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Its a very nice property and very well kept up. parking is not too bad i've had a lot worse. they have a courtesy patrol which is really good at courtesy but not very good with safety. not much crime but i've heard a couple of cars getting stolen lately. they should really consider something else for safety patrol. their very spacious and worth the price. it can get a little noisy at times but most of the time its very quiet. they also just fixed a beautiful water fountain right by the pool. the staff is very nice and generous. Maintenance is very good at doing work orders right away. there is one drawback. the property manager always has her door open but seems to never actually be there. to speak with her the best way is to set up an appointment to speak with her by phone. Your very lucky if you catch her in person. the younger lady is very sweet and helpful. always has a smile on her face and very nice. overall this is a great property. the best i've been at. i would defiantly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, well behaved residents, and kept up good apartments. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
