Its a very nice property and very well kept up. parking is not too bad i've had a lot worse. they have a courtesy patrol which is really good at courtesy but not very good with safety. not much crime ... more
Myself and 2 roomates lived here and Between the 3 of us rent was about 320 a person. Good structure, quality, solid. Never had a spider inside well maintained landscaping and through some interaction with management they were good people.
