Nice apartment complex and staff are super nice, but I rented from a woman named Gina Hall who has a corporate housing business called Rivers in the Desert Concierge. Seemed like a nice lady, but ripped me another colleague staying there of a rather large deposit. Once she had the check she never returned calls. It was a short term rental for 5 weeks and we paid up front.

This person does not have any connection with Starrview at Starrpass; she simply rented units and conducted bad business. we had no control over that. However, we feel very bad that someone used our property to conduct business in this manor.

Interesting that you mention Gina Hall with Rivers in the Desert Concierge Services. When we were renting a house Gina "took over" the property Management of the house from another company. She stole our entire months rent ($950.00)and ran off with it. Luckily, I had a receipt to give the home owner or we would have been out of luck. Never trust her!!!
