This was my first apartment and I had no problems. The management was nice and friendly, The maintenance was quick to respond and willing to help - one of the guys helped me move my monster couch - the french doorsleading to the balcony (with wooden shutters) were cool. I was in aone bedroom and it was big!! the bedrrom was big, the closet was big, the living room . .. all good for the price. I didn't have to use my heat during the winter, and there wasn't much of a noise issue - ervy now and then you could hear people walking above you or the neighbor 's bass could be heard throught the wall. The one thing I did not like was that it was a gated community- you had to have an access card to get in - and for guests to be let in they ghad to scroll down the list of apt/s and punch in your telephone # and you could buzz them in - well with no land line it made it diffucult to have friends over. the gate/ fence on the limberlost side seemed to always be bent someone broke in and it never got fixed. other than that, I liked it and would move ther again if I needed a place.
