Terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We were shown a beautiful apartment, and then given a nightmare! Managment is seemingly good, but really don't care. Cockroaches, and other fun bugs that no matter what we do keep comming back. Cheap falling apart kitchen cabnents, a horrid bathroom that continues to have water damage and mold that managment won't fix, nold under kitchen sink, solution by managment, paint it. Windows old and drafty, won't be replaced. Neighbors drunken and pot heads play their sub wolfers night and day. Carpet old and worn, won't be replaced, parking, poorly lit frequent break in's and good luck getting a good spot. Pool is often nasty, hot tub often not working, fitness room has a broken tredmil and cross trainer, no AC, is gated, but just follow someone in. Like to smoke, well you can sell it when your neighbors do!!
