While parts of the complex are ok (the layout, location), it has gone very much downhill over the past year.
The staff has changed frequently and the new people have no idea what they are talking about, people will blast music at all hours of the night into the courtyard and nobody cares, children run around screaming all day, cars are constantly getting broken into, and the bugs are a major problem.
When you clean under your couch, you shouldn't see 5 dead giant roaches underneath.
Before the housing bubble and the rent was raised, it was a pretty good deal, but now, there are many more places that are much nicer in the same area for about the same price.
